57 killed in Niger floods.
More than 130,000 have been affected by the deadly floods in Niger according to the tolls taken, but recently the numbers have spiked as 57 more dies in these raging floods.
In this poor country, extreme weather is expected and usually experienced. But this year’s floods have affected the country’s capital and desserts because it has destroyed over 12, 000 houses and killed more than 800 cows with a lot of crops measured in acres hidden under the water.
The south-east Maradi and south-central Zinder regions have been the hardest hit by the floods this year, with more than 65,000 and people affected.
